What are your fees?

Counseling fees are standard rate of $150 per 50 minute session. Reduced fees are available on a limited basis for clients with low income.

What insurances do you accept?

For Texas clients: We currently accept Aetna, Cigna, Oxford, United Health Care, and Oscar Health. Please inquire for more details. Also, We are happy to provide documentation for clients to bill their insurance for reimbursement.


For California clients: We accept TRICARE and Beacon (Partnership). We are “Out of Network” for all other insurance plans. We are happy to provide documentation for clients to bill their insurance for reimbursement.

Do you take appointments on weekends?

We are open Monday – Friday, and do not schedule appointments on the weekends. We do have evening appointments available most weekdays for those who need appointments outside of regular business hours.

Where are you located?

Presently, we are conducting sessions via telehealth/video only. We will update current clients and the website when we resume in-person sessions.

What should I expect during the first session?

Our therapists will conduct a thorough interview to get to know each client and the reasons they are seeking treatment. We also collaborate in crafting a treatment plan that will address their presenting problem.

Do you work with kids?

We currently see clients beginning with teenagers age 15 yrs through adulthood.
